1900`s Imperial Russian Vaseline Opaline glass Oil Lamp with astonishing hand-painted Nightingales.
hand-blown glass with undivided pedestal and body and separate Vaseline glass oil container cover on top.
Brass burner marked Wien.
glass chimney in excellent condition.
Lamp glows with terrific green color under blacklight and you can notice it even glowing with yellow-greenish colors in sunny days when directed at sunlight.
Condition: pedestal and body in excellent condition; upper container part shows some hairlines on glass without missing parts or other imperfections.
Wick mechanism and lamp are fully functional.
Measures: 25"tall with chimney and 16"tall with burner.
