Ladies and Gentlemen, we are pleased to offer this week, from an outstanding private collection, an unique and highly collectible Ottoman c.1850 Persian Chess set. Figures are hand-made of natural cherry ruby red amber with damari and natural yellow amber.
condition: very good condition for its age. only 4-5 of the yellow amber figures have minor hairlines/restorations; ruby red amber figures are excellent preserved.
Chess comes in its original hand-made dovetailed wooden box.
measures: 2"tallest figure; 1.5"smallest figure.
no missing pieces.
