Producer's marked: DRGM Germany 'Gely' with a logo. Excellent condition with great lithography; excellent working; great sound! Measures: 6 3/4" long; 5" high with clicker; 4" x 5" only bird. GEORG LEVY, Germany. Production commenced around 1920, and continued until the early 1930s. At that time Levy sold the firm and moved to England. The company continued to produce toys until 1971 under the name Nuremburg Tin Toys Factory.
